EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
In 1970, he graduated with honours from the State Technical School of Plant Breeding and Seed Production in Bojanowo. Then, he started studying at the Agricultural Academy, Faculty of Horticulture in Poznań, obtaining his master engineer degree in horticulture in 1975. He continued his education at the same university and in 1987 he obtained the degree of DOCTOR OF AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES.
CAREER PATH:
In the years 1976–1994, he worked at the Plant Breeding and Acclimatisation Experimental Plant in Smolice as a breeder of new varieties of ornamental plants. In 1992, he also started his own business activity. W. Legutko Przedsiębiorstwo Hodowlano-Nasienne Sp. z o.o. has been operating until today and develops dynamically. During his horticultural career, Wiesław bred 136 varieties of horticultural plants.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
She obtained her higher specialist education while studying at the Jan Amos Komenski University of Applied Sciences in Leszno where she obtained her engineer degree in agriculture on 13.02.2015. On the other hand, she obtained her master engineer degree in horticulture at the Poznań University of Life Sciences. She specialises in growing vegetables.
CAREER PATH:
She started her career in the W. Legutko company as a Production Employee on 01.11.2012, thanks to developing and getting promoted, she went through the individual career levels (from the junior seed production specialist to the vegetable quality control team manager).

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
She obtained her master degree in horticulture with a specialisation: Green Area Development in 2014 at the Poznań University of Life Sciences. She completed the I, II degree floristic courses, and she also participated in numerous floristic workshops.
CAREER PATH:
She passed on her love for flowers by working, inter alia, in a florist’s shop and running her own floristic studio and conducting workshops on creating flower arrangements. In the W. Legutko company, she is responsible for control sowing and checking the varietal identity of ornamental plants. In his free time, she develops her floristic passion.
